These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Integra
Chiropractic website at https://www.integraccc.com, our online booking
pages at https://integrachiro.janeapp.com, and our SMS text messaging
program. By using our website or booking services, or by opting in to text
messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Integra Chiropractic provides chiropractic care and related wellness
services. Website content is for general information only and is not
medical advice. Nothing on this site creates a doctor–patient relationship
until you are accepted as a patient.
2. Online booking
- Appointments booked online are requests until confirmed by our office.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
- Our late-cancellation policy (if any) will be communicated at booking.
3. SMS text messaging program
Program name: Integra Chiropractic appointment reminders
Program description: If you opt in, we will send you appointment
reminder text messages from +1 (361) 985-2225.
- Opt-in: You will only receive texts after affirmatively opting in —
when booking online, on our new patient signup form, through your Jane
patient account, or by giving verbal consent at our front desk. We will
never send you a first text asking you to opt in. - Message frequency: At most 2 messages per booked appointment (one
approximately 24 hours before, one approximately 2 hours before). - Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive
one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by contacting us directly. - Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at
+1 (361) 985-2225. - Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or messaging program, attempt to gain
unauthorized access, or submit false information.
5. Intellectual property
All content on our website (text, images, logos) is our property or used
with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integra Chiropractic is not liable
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use
of our website, booking system, or SMS program.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website
or SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
